InsightPal is run by InsightPal, Inc. (“InsightPal”, “we”, “us”), 21 Goodway Drive, Suite 108, Rochester, NY 14623, United States. This policy explains what we collect when you visit insightpal.ai, book a call, or use the InsightPal app, and what we do with it.
What we collect
What you give us. Your name, email, company and anything you write when you book a call or send us a message.
Data you upload. Files you share for analysis, such as CSV or Excel files, and the questions you ask about them.
Account details. Your login email and basic account information when you use the app.
Usage and device data. Pages you visit, links you click, your browser and device type, and a rough location based on your IP address.
Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To reply to you and hold the call you booked.
To do the analysis you asked for and deliver your results.
To run, secure and improve the site and the app.
To see which ads bring people to the site.
To meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond what is described under Cookies and ad tracking.
Cookies and ad tracking
We use the Meta Pixel to see which ads bring people to the site and whether they book a call. It may set cookies and send Meta details like the pages you visited and actions you took. You can block these cookies in your browser settings and manage your ad preferences in your Meta account.
Who we share it with
We only share data with the services that help us run InsightPal, such as website hosting (Framer), scheduling (Calendly), payments (Stripe) and advertising (Meta). They can only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also share data if the law requires it.
Your uploaded data
The data you upload is yours. We use it only to do the work you asked for. We do not sell it to anyone. We do not send it to any outside AI service. We keep your uploaded files until you ask us to delete them.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires. Billing records are kept for tax purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@insightpal.ai. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, you may have more rights, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we can’t promise perfect security.
Children
InsightPal is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For bigger changes, we will let account holders know by email.
